This isn't a clock-in, clock-out hourly job. You earn a commission on every home you clean — which means the better and more efficient you get, the more you make. Most of our cleaners average $100–$200 per day , and you're done when your homes are done (not stuck watching the clock until 5pm). Tips are on top of that. - Join our team as a Professional House Cleaner, working in teams of two — a partner has your back from day one
- Follow our proven cleaning process — we'll teach you everything during 5 days of paid training
- Communicate clearly with your partner, your clients, and your managers — you'll spend most of your day out in the field, so being a strong communicator matters
- Check in with management when needed, flag concerns early, and handle any client issues professionally (or bring them to us)
Must-haves:
- Reliable, well-maintained vehicle and valid Colorado driver's license
- 18 years or older, able to pass a background check (no felonies)
- On your feet all day — bending, lifting (up to 30 lbs)
- Available Monday through Friday, full-time
- Strong communicator who's comfortable working independently and with a partner
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and good at managing your time
- Someone who genuinely cares about doing quality work and treating clients' homes with respect
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior cleaning, housekeeping, or customer service experience
- Interest in growing into a trainer or leadership role
