Sunset Ridge Health & Rehab is looking for a motivated and compassionate Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team in Bloomsburg, PA!

What You'll Do

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Help residents improve strength, mobility, balance, endurance, and functional independence

• Follow established plans of care and communicate resident progress with the supervising PT

• Accurately document treatments and progress using Net Health

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

• Educate and encourage residents throughout their rehabilitation journey

• Maintain compliance with facility, state, federal, and professional standards

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Current or eligible Pennsylvania PTA license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Dependable, positive, and team-oriented approach

• SNF/LTC experience is a plus, but we welcome candidates who are excited to grow in this setting
