As a Personal Banker at PNC's Lumberton Main Street Branch, you will be based in Lumberton, TX. Job ID: R223790 Job Description Responsibilities Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities. Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing and drive new revenue. Drive proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Identify appropriate PNC solutions for every client interaction, leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community centers of influence. Apply product and procedural knowledge to mitigate and solve customer problems, thereby strengthening loyalty. Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Participate in daily branch operations to ensure efficient and accurate completion.
