Full‑time Retail Sales Associate at Walmart 934 – Daphne, AL 36526. Overview Immediate hire with paid training. The associate will promote wireless services, plans, and accessories within Walmart’s wireless section. Responsibilities Engage customers about post‑paid and pre‑paid carrier plans and wireless accessories. Identify customer desires, uncover objections, and offer solutions. Foster professional relationships with customers and fellow employees. Welcome customers and politely offer assistance. Collaborate with the team to accomplish sales goals. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals. Accurately document and report sales transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and functional workstation or kiosk. Submit all required paperwork accurately and on time. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Knowledge of wireless products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. Compensation & Benefits Base pay plus uncapped commission – average $800 to $1,000 weekly. DailyPay on‑demand cash access next day.
