Job Overview
We’re looking for an energetic, motivated Sales Specialist (On-Site) who wants more than just a job, but a clear path for growth. In this role, you would represent our agency in person, build trust with customers, and guide them through needs-based conversations to help match them with the right coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a sales pipeline through inbound leads, outbound prospecting, referrals, and community networking
• Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage options
• Quote, present, and close new policies, including Auto, Home, Renters, Umbrella, Life, and/or Commercial
• Track follow-ups and activity in CRM
• Support retention through policy reviews and coverage updates
• Maintain compliance and required documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills and comfort with phone-based sales
• Goal-oriented, coachable, and consistent in follow-through
• Ability to learn products and explain coverage clearly
• P&C and/or Life/Health license required, or ability to obtain before start date
