Dental Hygienist Dental Care of Westover Hills is looking for a Full‑Time Dental Hygienist to join our team. Hours: Tuesday to Friday 8am to 6pm Why Heartland Dental? Join a 12 person team that thrives on collaboration, communication and community We’re located in San Antonio, TX, a vibrant and culturally rich city known for its diverse community, historic charm, and strong patient base—ideal for building meaningful relationships Home to world‑class dining, entertainment, and attractions, including the River Walk and a thriving downtown, offering something for everyone outside of work A growing metropolitan area with an affordable cost of living, making it a great place to advance your career while enjoying a balanced lifestyle Minimum Qualifications Current dental hygienist license in Texas and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (where required) Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation CPR Certification Preferred Experience 1 year of clinical experience Bilingual is a plus Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients’ dental health Clinical needs as required by office Physical Requirements Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation.
