Consults with patients to determine the appropriate course of treatment. Recommends and orders tests to determine extent of illness or help diagnose condition. The successful candidate will be able to:Diagnose and treat various neurological conditionsConsult with patients on aftercare and long-term health management strategiesMonitor patients’ progress and adjust treatments or medication as neededPrescribe treatments or medication best suited to improve the patient’s conditionOrder tests and interpret results in order to determine the best treatment optionsAttend training and seminars to stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in neurologyPerform any and all other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForBoard Eligible/Board Certified – Neurology (Required)Medical degree and the successful completion of a residency and fellowship in NeurologyState license or (obtain NJ license) and certification to practice NeurologyStrong decision making, problem solving, and analytical skills Prior experience using eClinicalWorks and/or Meditech preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualifications: When determining the compensation, several factors may be considered including, years of relevant experience, credentials, union contracts, education, and internal equity.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401K, Retirement savings plan with employer contributionGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidaysTuition ReimbursementOpportunities for professional growth, development, and continuing educationEmployee wellness programs and resourcesInfluenza Vaccinations are a requirement for employment.
