This role ensures efficient inventory flow, accurate order fulfillment, and real-time system performance across distribution processes. By aligning technology with operational needs, the WMS Analyst directly improves productivity, reduces errors, and supports FreshDirect’s commitment to fast, reliable grocery delivery.What You’ll DoConfigure and enhance warehouse workflows within Manhattan Associates WMS to support new operational processes and continuous improvementsPartner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs and fulfillment goalsAnalyze system performance, inventory accuracy, and order flow using Oracle Database; develop scripts, jobs, and procedures to improve efficiency and data integritySupport and troubleshoot integrations through webMethods, performing high-level debugging to resolve system and interface issuesInvestigate and resolve production issues by navigating WMS technical environments, reviewing logs, and performing root cause analysisProvide functional support for Manhattan Integration Framework, ensuring reliable communication between systemsDrive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps in system functionality and implementing scalable solutionsEnsure system reliability, data accuracy, and adherence to operational performance standards across warehouse systemsWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of experience in warehouse management systems, supply chain technology, or distribution operations (food industry experience preferred)Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven ability to configure, implement, and support warehouse processes within Manhattan Associates WMSStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system and operational issuesExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience partnering across operations, IT, and engineering teamsExperience working with Oracle Database (SQL scripting, jobs, procedures, packages), webMethods for integration support and debugging, and familiarity with Manhattan Integration FrameworkTechnical proficiency in navigating WMS environments, reviewing logs, and supporting production systems in a fast-paced distribution settingOur Values at FreshDirectWe live these values every day:A Passion for our customersOur customers are at the heart of everything we do.
