Strategic Labor & Employment Counsel
Areas USA
Areas USA in Miami seeks an experienced Labor and Employment Counsel to support labor relations across our travel, hospitality, food and beverage, and retail operations. You will manage union relationships, advise on CBAs, and oversee day-to-day employment claims and litigation management.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years in labor and employment law, strong negotiation skills, NLRA knowledge, and the ability to provide practical, risk-balanced guidance in a fast-paced environment.
