Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - L&D to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement patient care tailored to the age of the patient population served.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and document patient progress.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans according to Nursing Standards of Care.
• Participate in and document patient education and discharge planning.
• Conduct various Point of Care testing procedures as required.
• Ensure timely interventions and modify care plans based on patient evaluations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current New Mexico RN license or Compact state license.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
• Strong communication skills, sensitive to patient rights.
• Experience levels will determine starting clinical ladder status.
• Commitment to professional growth and clinical excellence.
