Law Firm Hr DirectorLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading law firm to recruit an experienced manager of legal recruiting. This full time role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in legal recruitment, preferably within a law firm environment. The position requires at least seven years of experience and a proven ability to lead hiring strategies, manage recruitment processes, and build strong relationships with attorneys, candidates, and external partners.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage full cycle recruiting strategies for attorneys and legal staffOversee lateral attorney hiring, law school outreach, and summer associate programsPartner with firm leadership to assess staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plansManage candidate screening, interview coordination, offer processes, and onboardingMaintain strong relationships with search firms, law schools, and professional organizationsMonitor recruiting metrics and prepare reports for leadershipEnsure compliance with hiring policies and maintain accurate recruitment recordsCoordinate recruitment events, job fairs, and networking initiativesCollaborate with human resources, professional development, and practice group leaders to support firm wide talent initiativesQualifications:Minimum of seven years of legal recruiting experiencePrior law firm recruiting experience strongly preferredProven ability to manage high volume and senior level recruitment needsStrong understanding of the legal market and attorney hiring trendsExcellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with attorneys and leadershipStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesProficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting tools, and Microsoft OfficeProfessional presence, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidential informationThis posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients.Benefits: Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan.
