Responsibilities

• Load furniture securely onto delivery vehicles
• Unload furniture carefully at delivery locations
• Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes locally and for long distances
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good working condition
• Adhere to scheduled delivery times and routes
• Inspect furniture for damage before and after transport
• Handle inventory records accurately during deliveries
• Assemble and set up delivered furniture at customer sites
• Work collaboratively in a team to coordinate delivery tasks
• Complete minor furniture repairs and part replacements as needed
• Participate in on-the-job training to learn and refine maintenance skills

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with vehicle operation capability
• Strong navigation and route-planning skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Effective time management skills to meet delivery schedules
• Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and assembly
• Problem-solving skills to address delivery challenges
