You'll support the Interdisciplinary Team in helping Participants maintain safety, strength, balance, and independence. You'll work both in the center and in Participants' homes to implement exercise programs, restorative activities, and home safety interventions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working independently, and seeing meaningful results from their efforts.$16.00 / hr.First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor.9 Paid HolidaysPTO starting at 3 weeks + 1 day per year (accrued from date of hire for full-time employees)Medical, Dental, & VisionFree Life and AD&D Insurance PlanHealth Savings and Flexible Spending AccountsShort Term Disability InsuranceGroup Voluntary Term Life Insurance for Employee, Spouses, and DependentsPaid Parental LeaveTuition Reimbursement and Paid Training OpportunitiesRetirement Plan with company annual matchMileage Reimbursement at annual IRS rate as applicableImplement individual and group exercise programs in the center using a variety of equipmentPerform delegated restorative exercises safely and effectively, documenting results on flow sheets.Conduct home safety checks and assist Participants with home exercise programs.Deliver and set up durable medical equipment and track usage.Provide staff education on wellness programs, fall prevention, body mechanics, and posture.Educate Participants and their families on exercises, safe mobility, and functional independence.Maintain clean and organized treatment areas, including sanitizing surfaces and replacing linens.Apply heat/cold modalities per policy.Track wellness forms and document Participant interactions accurately in electronic medical records.Transport Participants and equipment safely throughout the center.Communicate changes or concerns immediately to therapists or supervisors.Participate in Quality Initiative training as required.Other duties as assigned.Everyone's journey is unique.
