Position Summary

Partners with outside Account Manager to facilitate the sale of packaging products. Manages and coordinates customer orders and inquiries and interfaces with related manufacturing and shipping personnel, ensuring quality products are received by the customer as purchased.

The Account Coordinator is responsible for:

• Coordinating with Account Manager on existing and new business opportunities
• Processing inquiries regarding orders, price requests, basic product information, verification of ship date, expediting orders, ordering samples, etc.
• Reviewing orders for accuracy, calculating and verifying product pricing per established company schedules, and entering all order information including customer, product, board, pricing, quantity, and ship dates
• Processing price quoting, which includes obtaining freight rates and creating and forwarding quotes to customer
• Expediting product orders through manufacturing and shipping
• Creating, updating, and maintaining account price pages
• Creating new customers in the CRM database. Collecting all necessary documents on all potential new customers
• Resolving customer complaints and processing credits as needed
• Processing artwork/design and obtaining approval for print requests
• Contacting customers who are past due on invoices
• Coordinating with other Account Coordinators and Account Managers on cross territory sales
• Connecting, assisting, and redirecting phone calls and emails
