Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to assist them in achieving their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, healthcare providers, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive, patient-focused care.
• Guide Patients and Caregivers: Inform patients and their families about therapy approaches to support continued progress outside of sessions.
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on track.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Encouragement and support for continuing education or additional certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
