ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I'm a third-generation State Farm agent with 13 years of experience, including 9 years managing my dad's office before opening my own agency 5 years ago. I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology and am a proud dog mom of two pups who come to the office with me every day.

Our culture is friendly and laid back-we love to have fun, but we also know how to get the work done and meet our goals. I currently have three team members plus myself, and we work together closely as a tight-knit group.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Team Member for Courtney Bryan State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish.

Compensation: $39,000.00 per year
