About The Team The Data Products and Experiences team is a horizontal platform product organization responsible for understanding the needs of data producers and consumers across the Card line of business. Leveraging these insights, we develop products and enable experiences that have horizontal impact at scale. This role serves as the lead for our Card Application Data Product, a critical function crossing design, build, optimization, and consumer adoption. From defining how assets and entities should be built to leveraging AI to automate and accelerate the adoption, you will have massive impact on Card's data product journey on a destination to enabling both real-time operational and batch analytical use through consistent, reliable product offerings. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
