What You'll Do

• Provide medically directed anesthesia care for diverse surgical cases, including high-acuity trauma surgeries
• Manage 1-2 longer or 3-4 shorter cases per day, on average
• Provide anesthesia in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT suites
• Care for patients of all ages at a Level 1 trauma center
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a collegial environment
• Support sedation and anesthesia procedures in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Follow established protocols to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

What You Need

• Graduate (Masters or Doctorate) of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current (or eligible to obtain) Minnesota RN Anesthetist license
• Certification in CPR, BCLS, ACLS
• NBCRNA certification (or eligibility)
• At least 1 year of anesthesia provider experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
