Preceptor and relationship-guided transition program. Continuing education and ongoing professional development. Specialty specific foundational courses aligned with scope and standards of practice. Professional accountability and ethical practice inherent to nursing roles. Focus on patient safety, quality, and satisfaction. Self-care emphasis for safe and fulfilling nursing practice. Mentorship throughout the first year of practice and beyond. Hired into area of specialty. Variable day or night shift options. Required Qualifications Graduate of an accredited ADN or BSN program. NJ RN licensure prior to date of hire. Less than 6 months of RN experience. Commitment to orientation requirements. BLS certification. Preferred Qualifications BSN degree.
