The shift is from 11:00 PM to 07:30 AM, Monday through Thursday. The role requires the ability to oversee nursing services and ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care. Nurses in this position must manage staff effectively and maintain compliance with established standards. Candidates must possess strong clinical skills and the ability to assess critical situations. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential for this role. All candidates must hold current certifications in BLS, PALS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS.
