Act as a vision expert by offering tailored eyewear and apparel recommendations. Participate in hands‑on training and collaborate with experienced professionals. Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment. Maintain a welcoming store atmosphere that is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Promote an inclusive and respectful environment for customers and colleagues. What We’re Looking For Passion for customer service with retail or customer‑service experience preferred. Strong sales skills and the ability to engage customers in a dynamic setting. Tech‑savvy and detail‑oriented, comfortable using technology for transactions. Fashion‑forward with an interest in eyewear and apparel trends. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and resilient in fast‑paced environments. Compensation and Benefits Pay is determined by geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage. You may also receive a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
