About the Role

The Company is seeking a President to lead transformative growth strategies and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's growth in alignment with long-term business objectives and profitability goals. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO, full ownership of operations, and strategic execution. The President will be tasked with developing and implementing scalable systems, processes, and structures to support the company's growth and operational efficiency, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction, particularly in subscription-based business models. A key aspect of the role is to cultivate a high-performance culture, attract and retain top talent, and ensure the company is prepared for a strategic exit. Candidates for the President position at the company should have a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in senior leadership roles, preferably in scaling subscription-based or membership-driven businesses. The role requires a proven track record of scaling businesses from $100M to $250M+ in revenue, strong financial acumen, and experience in P&L management and margin optimization. An AI-native mindset and exceptional communication skills are essential, as is a demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture. Experience in preparing organizations for strategic exits and a passion for the industry, with an understanding of customer needs and expectations, are also key requirements.
