Treatment Care Coordinator

Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Treatment Care Coordinator to join our team in West Valley! Schedule (days/hours)

Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:30pm 1 hr lunch. (We have opening and closing shifts 8 hrs a day)

Responsibilities

• Present and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
• Review insurance benefits, financing options, and payment arrangements
• Support case acceptance through strong communication and patient education
• Coordinate scheduling to maximize provider efficiency and patient flow
• Maintain follow-up systems for pending treatment and patient communication
• Create a welcoming and positive patient experience from consultation through treatment
• Work collaboratively with doctors, clinical staff, and front office teams

Qualifications

• At least one year of related experience
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dental or treatment coordinating experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Bilingual a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable discussing treatment plans and financial options with patients
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Compensation

$18-$20/hour
