Job Duties

• Previous customer service experience.

Requirements

• Receive goods and issue goods orders through our SAP system.
• Maintain container/trailer information using our yard view program.
• Resolve product or service problems.
• Maintain customer records and paperwork.
• Utilize Google Sheets to update order status as well as maintain required logs.
• Be flexible to help cover other shifts if needed.
• Maintain a digital driver log as drivers arrive and depart from the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
