You will represent a trusted brand while enjoying the independence of setting your own schedule and the security of a reliable stream of signings.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Notarize loan documents, real estate transactions, wills, and powers of attorney; verify signer identities; witness signatures; and ensure each document is executed correctly and lawfully.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. Active Notary Public commission or certification. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to clear a background check. Experience notarizing loan documents preferred. Professional, detail-oriented, honest, and calm under pressure.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Miami, Florida.
PAYMENT: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
