Community Technician - Parkview - Friday-Tuesday 3pm-11:30pm

Community Technician Full‑Time | 37.5 hours/week | 24/7 Program | Mandatory Overtime Make a Difference Every Shift At BRC, every shift matters. As a Community Technician, you are a consistent, trusted presence for individuals experiencing homelessness—often supporting people in moments of crisis, uncertainty, or transition. What You’ll Do Maintain a safe, orderly residential environment through active monitoring and rounds. Engage residents using trauma‑informed and de‑escalation techniques. Respond to conflicts, safety concerns, and crises professionally. Screen residents and visitors while maintaining dignity and security. Provide emergency support (First Aid/CPR, Narcan – training provided). Complete documentation (logbooks, incident reports, progress notes). Support fire safety procedures, inspections, and compliance. Assist with meals, escorts, inventory, and facility upkeep. Security Guard license, Food Handler Certificate, or similar certifications. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply. Schedule Full‑time, 37.5 hours/week. Morning, evening, and overnight shifts available. Mandatory overtime required.
