Role Overview: A Home Health Registered Nurse provides personalized, skilled nursing care in patients' homes, supporting recovery and independence. Key Responsibilities: Administer medications, perform wound care, conduct assessments, develop care plans with healthcare team, monitor patient conditions, educate families, maintain accurate records, and oversee Home Health Aides. Qualifications & Skills: Experience in med-surg, ICU, ER, or acute care; current RN licensure and CPR certification; teamwork skills; valid driver’s license with reliable transportation. Preferred: One year of nursing and home health experience. Compensation & Benefits: Pay per visit/unit rate, with an annual range of $77,200 - $106,200 for full-time hours.
