Certified Nurse Midwife - Dallas, TX - full scope care, collaborative care model

Seeking full-time CNMs excited to join a dynamic and growing practice of OB/GYNs and CNMs in the thriving community of Dallas‑Fort‑Worth, TX. Work in a collaborative care model with physicians, midwives, dietitians, wellness coaches, and holistic care providers, allowing providers to work at the top of their skills. Responsibilities Take first call Independently manage and provide full-scope midwifery care in our outpatient clinic, including comprehensive obstetric and gynecological services Collaborate with clinical colleagues (including OB/GYNs, RNs, LCSWs, health coaches, lactation counselors, childbirth educators, and other specialists) Provide day‑to‑day expertise and leadership on Labor & Delivery, including in‑house clinical coverage Triage and care for emergent obstetric patients, working collaboratively with RNs and OB/GYNs Provide first assist surgical support Participate in quality improvement initiatives Attend skills training and drills for high acuity/low frequency events Qualifications Experience in managing intrapartum, postpartum, and OB triage in a hospital setting (2 years experience preferred) Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative OB/CNM practice Strong communication and interpersonal skills Value patient preferences/choice, shared decision making, and a holistic care approach Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date Active certification with AMCB Current RN and APRN license in TX Additional certifications in Obstetric Ultrasound, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, and/or Lactation consultation are preferred Benefits Competitive compensation Health, dental & vision with an HSA/FSA option 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Paid parental leave Payment for professional liability coverage, license renewals, including DEA Professional development budget Leadership training and advancement opportunities, if desired #J-18808-Ljbffr Spencer Britt
