Primary Care Opening with Dignity Health in Ventura County

As our Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine), you will join an established and respected practice at Dignity Health Medical Group - Ventura County, contributing significantly to our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care throughout the Ventura County community.

You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care to patients, fostering lasting relationships within our diverse community. You will be instrumental in promoting health and wellness, building trust within the community, and ensuring accessible healthcare for everyone.

To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with a dedication to delivering patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to serving a diverse population within a collaborative and supportive environment.

We are offering a financially robust compensation package designed to reward your expertise, featuring an annual salary range of $280,000 - $300,000 with additional productivity incentives. Receive significant support with a sign-on bonus up to $125k and relocation assistance up to $20k, alongside flexible scheduling and light, shared call. For eligible new hires, we provide access to Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF), up to $100k in student loan repayment, and a resident stipend up to $24k. Job Requirements

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution

• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine

• Active or eligible license in the state of California

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Pay Range
