Mechanical Technician

Mechanical TechnicianImmediately seeking! Monday-Friday 1st shift: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm 3rd shift: 6:00 pm – 4:00 am Pay: DOEDuties include but are not limited to:Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical equipmentPerform preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize equipment downtimeDiagnose and repair pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, compressors, motors, bearings, and other rotating equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawingsReplace and rebuild mechanical components including bearings, seals, shafts, couplings, and valvesPerform equipment alignment using precision measuring toolsComplete welding, fabrication, and minor machining repairs as neededInspect equipment for wear, vibration, and performance issuesWork closely with maintenance and production teams to resolve mechanical issuesFollow all company safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)Qualifications:Experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance preferredStrong mechanical troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical power transmission systemsAbility to read and interpret technical drawingsWelding and fabrication experience is a plusAbility to use precision measuring toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to lift heavy equipment and work in an industrial environmentWhy work for Advance Services, Inc.Advance Services is for and about people; we are your employment specialists.
