Digital Attitude , part of the Digital360 Group, is dedicated to creating a balance between people and technology. With solid experience in change & tech adoption, it combines technological expertise and data-driven approaches with deep know-how in psychology, neuropsychology, and social sciences.

Digital Attitude is looking for a Digital Transformation Trainer (Freelance) to join our team of trainers for both technical and transversal skills, focusing on Microsoft Copilot, to support our digital adoption projects.

The role involves leading training and educational events, supporting the adoption of digital technologies within large corporate environments across all business sectors. The ideal candidate has knowledge of digital tools and technologies, excellent communication skills, and is interested in creating or advancing their career as a corporate trainer.

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver online, in-person, and video training, communicating content clearly and engagingly both in synchronous and asynchronous formats.
• Design and customize training materials (slides, exercises, labs, guides) for workshops and training sessions.
• Create and record training videos, including tool demonstrations, workflow walkthroughs, and asynchronous learning content (the outputs may include screencast, talking head, voice-over on slides).
• Support the coordination, organization, and facilitation of training courses, workshops, and focus groups.
• Contribute to ensuring customer satisfaction with project deliverables and training.
• Coordinate the management and collection of feedback from participants.
• Support the implementation of global digital transformation projects to promote technology adoption by our clients.

Skills and Competencies Required

• In-depth knowledge of AI tools, especially M365 Copilot, and a continuous learning mindset.
• Knowledge and ability to work with AI agents (i.e. Agent Builder, Copilot Studio).
• Experience in collecting and developing company-specific AI use cases.
• Ability to deliver training fluently in one or more of the following languages (the more, the better).
• Ability to deliver both theoretical and experiential training content.
• Experience in design and delivery training materials.
• Comfortable appearing on camera and familiar with recording setups.
• Great presentation skills, with the ability to engage and interest training participants, making sessions interactive.
• Desire to deepen knowledge of training techniques, channels, formats, with a plus for digital transformation projects.
• High interpersonal skills that allow connecting at all levels, with groups of all sizes and different backgrounds.
• Focus on details, with excellent organizational and planning skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a trainer in the digital and AI field.
• Experience in interfacing with corporate clients of different types, sizes, and business sectors.
• Will be considered a plus.
• Knowledge of M365 tools.

Note: this role is not focused on M365 specialization. A separate position is dedicated to M365 expert trainers.
