Associate-Communications Senior

Overview Senior Communications Associate responsible for executing internal communications strategies, partnering with management and clients, creating engaging messages, and producing communications deliverables. Key Relationships Reports to: Executive Director – Internal Communications. Direct reports: None. Responsibilities Identify and execute internal communications objectives. Collaborate with all layers of management to recommend and execute key communications strategies. Partner with internal clients to assess communication needs and develop comprehensive communication plans. Create compelling, action‑driven messages and stories, providing art direction and producing internal communications programs and projects. Lead the production of multiple communication vehicles, including publications, and handle writing, editing, formatting and design of deliverables. Coordinate with media, graphics, vendors and support teams to drive communications plans and deliverables. Candidate Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree (required) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or a related discipline. 3–5 years of experience in internal communications. Experience in interviewing, creative and well‑rounded writing and editing. Experience designing and producing a variety of communication materials. Proficiency in internal communications best practices, social media platforms, and publishing applications. Demonstrated professional judgment and diplomacy in handling unexpected problems and frequent interruptions.
