11-7 RN/LPN Supervisor

Vivo Healthcare West Orange is seeking an experienced and compassionate 11-7 RN/LPN Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring exceptional patient care and empowering our staff to provide the highest level of service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of RN/LPNs, LPNs, and other healthcare professionals
• Manage patient care and treatment plans in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and standards
• Develop and implement effective communication strategies to improve interdepartmental collaboration and patient satisfaction
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and mentor team members to enhance skills and knowledge
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of care and services

Requirements:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in the state of Florida
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent patient assessment and care coordination skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
