Why You Should Apply Earn up to $100,000 annually based on experience Full‑time, year‑round employment Monday through Friday schedule with no nights or weekends Hybrid flexibility when not supporting school sites Clear path for advancement into Clinical Manager and other leadership roles Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and more beginning the first of the month following 30 days of full‑time employment What You'll Do Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing clinical guidance Evaluate candidates during the hiring process to ensure strong clinical fit Lead new hire orientation and facilitate Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) training Conduct competency assessments, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations Oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ensure high‑quality ABA services Partner with school staff and families to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and provide behavioral recommendations Ensure documentation and supervision meet BACB standards Travel to school sites throughout Los Angeles County as needed What You'll Bring Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Experience supervising or mentoring RBTs or clinical staff Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills Ability to travel to school sites throughout Los Angeles County School‑based or special education experience preferred CPI Instructor certification is a plus We're interviewing now, so apply today to join a clinical leadership team that's helping students and clinicians succeed. *This pay range represents Covelo Group's good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
