This opportunity offers competitive pay, a $30,000 sign-on bonus, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and the opportunity to provide resident-centered care within a collaborative long-term care environment. \n \n Position Overview \n • Permanent, full-time role \n • 36 hours per week \n • 12-hour overnight shifts \n • Long-term care and skilled nursing setting \n • May serve as Charge Nurse as needed \n \n Shift Details \n • Night shift \n • 12-hour shifts \n • Every other weekend rotation \n • Holiday rotation required \n • Additional shift differentials for overnights and weekends \n \n Compensation & Incentives \n • Hourly range: $32.50 – $48.00 (based on experience) \n • $30,000 sign-on bonus \n • Additional overnight and weekend shift differentials \n • Comprehensive benefits package \n \n Key Responsibilities \n • Provide individualized nursing care utilizing the nursing process \n • Perform resident assessments, care planning, implementation, and evaluation \n • Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams \n • Coordinate resident care and provide patient and family education \n • Administer treatments and nursing interventions according to established standards \n • Delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel \n • Support safe, effective, and compassionate resident care delivery \n • Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in clinical status \n • Maintain compliance with nursing standards, policies, and regulations \n • Function within the Nurse Practice Act and professional nursing standards \n \n Requirements \n • Graduate of an accredited nursing program \n • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred \n • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Dakota or multistate compact licensure \n • Ability to maintain required competencies and certifications \n • Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills \n \n Why This Opportunity \n This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse seeking strong compensation, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a resident-centered care environment.
