No remote applicants will be accepted at this time.The PositionThis is an excellent opportunity for legal nurse consultant professionals seeking to expand their careers and who are interested in gaining fast-paced professional experience with a national law firm.Key Responsibilities:Order, Review, identify, and organize relevant medical recordsPrepare chronologies, timelines, and detailed summaries of medical documentationEvaluate medical issues related to causation and damagesAssess strengths and weaknesses of medical aspects of cases in collaboration with attorneysConduct literature searches and research on medical topics, parties, and expertsAssist in identifying and organizing materials for expert witness reviewPrepare demonstrative evidence and assist with deposition, ADR, and trial preparationEducate attorneys and clients on relevant medical conceptsQualifications:Legal Nurse Consultant Certification (LNCC through AALNC preferred)Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbalProven experience in medical and damages analysisExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteWhy Should You Apply?Benefits: Outstanding benefits package, including 401k match and generous PTO planCareer Growth: Ample opportunities for professional development and advancementEmployee Perks: Access to corporate discount plans and other benefits
