What to Expect

• A schedule that respects your time. Our last appointment of the day is at 6:30pm. You won’t be expected to stay late. Full-time veterinarians work 35-40 hours per week, including a Saturday rotation, with at least one weekday off. Appointments are 20 minutes, and we offer tech appointments. We share a light on-call rotation limited to phone triage only, with no in-clinic emergency coverage. Call‑ins are rare and typically limited to established patients or boarders.
• A 3:1 staff to doctor ratio. You will have the support—and respect—you need to be excellent for our patients. Our experienced team includes 6 DVMs and a strong support staff of licensed technicians, assistants, and CSRs.
• All the benefits you deserve—health, dental, vision, retirement—plus: relocation assistance, CE allowance, uniform allowance, pet discounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and coverage of license fees, dues, and AVMA-PLIT.
• Paid time off. Catch your breath with paid holidays, PTO, and paid CE days every year. We value your time away so you can return refreshed and ready to deliver the best care.
• Partnership opportunities through Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), where more than 260 partners co‑own practices across 185 locations. VPP offers unmatched support in operations, marketing, and finance, allowing you to focus on your passion for veterinary medicine.
