You will analyze production schedules, workflows, and facility layouts to minimize operational costs, maximize throughput, and uphold stringent quality standards. The ideal candidate combines strong statistical data analysis with practical lean manufacturing principles to drive continuous improvement on the production floor.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and data analysis tools.
• Methodologies: Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Skills: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and mathematical modeling.
• Highly Organized: Track materials, project status, inventory, project labor hours
