Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. You will be supported in developing leadership skills to help build your career path. As a sales lead, the assistant manager interacts with customers on a regular basis, leading the customer experience with the store team. You will strategize to achieve team sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. What you’ll do: The assistant manager promotes a positive team culture, trains and directs team members, takes initiative in decision‑making, and consistently achieves goals while using computer proficiency. The role requires flexible scheduling and the ability to foster a supportive working environment. Supervisory experience preferred.
