Disposal Solutions Manager

Join a growing environmental services team where your expertise in hazardous and non-hazardous waste management will help customers find safe, compliant, and cost-effective disposal solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for waste industry professionals who enjoy problem-solving, project management, customer collaboration, and driving operational results.

• Partner with internal teams and customers to develop quotes for waste disposal projects and opportunities
• Coordinate with transportation and disposal vendors to deliver compliant and effective waste solutions
• Manage customer projects from start to finish, resolving issues and ensuring successful completion
• Provide regulatory and operational support related to hazardous and non-hazardous waste programs
• Track disposal opportunities, support revenue goals, and collaborate with Finance on project and revenue reviews
• Train, mentor, and provide guidance to team members while building strong vendor partnerships
• Other duties as assigned

Do you have what it takes?

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• 3-5 years of experience in the hazardous and/or non-hazardous waste industry
• Strong knowledge of waste profiling, hazardous waste disposal methods, and industry best practices
• Working knowledge of RCRA and DOT regulations
• Experience with hazardous waste market pricing and competitive pricing strategies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, make sound decisions, collaborate effectively, and develop others
