Key Responsibilities Assist clients in securing permanent affordable housing, including preparation for applicants and interview. Build and maintain relationships with landlords, housing providers, and community partners, maintaining a housing inventory. Ensure accurate, timely documentation in compliance with funding and agency standards. Track and report housing placement outcomes and coordinate temporary financial assistance as needed.
