We are seeking an experienced Memory Care Manager with an LPN certification to lead and support our memory care team, ensuring the highest standards of quality and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the memory care department, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards - Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to residents’ needs - Supervise and support staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations - Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and staff - Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care - Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper record-keeping in accordance with policies - Promote a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in resident care Skills and Qualifications: - Valid LPN license in the state of Florida - Proven experience in memory care or senior living environments - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to senior care - Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to enhancing residents’ quality of life - Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy At Grand Villa of Sarasota, we foster a supportive and growth-oriented environment where our team members can thrive.
