Responsibilities include project planning, Agile project management, stakeholder coordination, documentation, technical support, and reporting to leadership/oversight entities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale enterprise IT projects using PMI and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.Develop and maintain project artifacts: charters, work plans, documentation, and reporting.Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define technical and business objectives.Provide project status updates, presentations, and communicate effectively with leadership.Support system development, implementation, and troubleshooting as needed.Ensure compliance with Texas HHS standards, frameworks, and processes.Minimum Qualifications6+ years – Project Management for large-scale enterprise implementations.6+ years – State of Texas or similar Federal/State project management experience.3+ years – Agile/Scrum project management.3+ years – Development experience.3+ years – Jira experience.PMP Certification – Required (must be on resume, proof may be requested).Preferred QualificationsState of Texas Project Delivery Framework experience.Experience with Data Warehouse / database reporting projects.Knowledge of State Procurement and Contracting.
