Job Title Clinical Director - Licensed Clinical Psychologist Location Corte Madera, CA Job Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Director to provide both clinical leadership and direct patient care within a multidisciplinary outpatient setting. This role combines supervision, program oversight, and hands‑on therapy, supporting a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and supervision to staff and programs Ensure clinical practices align with organizational standards and values Lead, mentor, and support clinical teams Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation Facilitate weekly treatment team meetings Foster a positive and collaborative team culture Maintain a caseload of individual and family therapy clients Conduct group therapy sessions as needed Requirements Fully licensed as a Clinical Psychologist in the State of California Doctorate (PhD/PsyD) in Psychology (preferred) Proven experience in clinical leadership, supervision, and program oversight Strong background in individual, family, and group therapy Ability to provide clinical supervision and mentorship to multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills Value working in a collaborative, supportive, multidisciplinary team setting of psychiatrists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, and therapists with diverse clinical specializations Interested in varied clinical work, including general outpatient and program‑based care, short‑ and long‑term individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy, and clinical supervision Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with new technologies Preferred Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) Experience in both outpatient and program‑based care Benefits 401(k) & 401(k) matching Health, dental, and HSA plans Paid time off Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Work Environment In‑person role in a multidisciplinary psychiatric clinic Collaborative team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists #J-18808-Ljbffr
