Applicants can learn more about how ServiceWorks supports service businesses at Role Description The Onboarding Specialist role at ServiceWorks is a full-time, hybrid position based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility to work from home part of the week. In this role, you will guide new customers through the onboarding process, from initial setup to full adoption of the ServiceWorks platform. You will conduct onboarding calls, configure accounts, assist with data entry and migration, and train customers on key features such as scheduling, invoicing, and inventory management. You will collaborate closely with Customer Support, Product, and Sales teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients and to address any roadblocks. Daily activities include managing an onboarding pipeline, documenting progress, analyzing customer needs, and recommending best practices to help customers achieve value quickly and remain successful. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with diverse customers and internal teams. Demonstrated experience in customer onboarding or client onboarding, preferably for a SaaS or technology product. Effective communication skills, including clear verbal explanations, concise written documentation, and confident virtual presentations. Analytical skills to understand customer workflows, interpret user feedback, and identify process improvements during onboarding. Comfort learning and teaching software platforms; prior experience with service management or field service tools is a plus. Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple onboarding projects, prioritize tasks, and meet agreed timelines. Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid environment in St. Louis, MO, and to operate independently with minimal supervision. Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in customer success, implementation, onboarding, or a related client-facing role; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field is beneficial but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
