What You'll Do as a Delivery Driver

As a Delivery Driver – Non CDL, you'll start and end your day at our Amazon warehouse located at 5501 Commerce Dr, Paducah, KY 42001. You'll be responsible for safely and accurately delivering Amazon packages to homes and businesses throughout the region while providing excellent customer service.

Daily Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

• Report to the warehouse for morning loadout and load your delivery vehicle with pre-sorted Amazon packages
• Safely operate a company-provided Amazon-branded delivery van
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Load and organize packages for efficient delivery in a team setting
• Follow your navigated delivery route using Amazon delivery technology and GPS navigation
• Follow delivery instructions and company procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Deliver packages safely, accurately, and on time
• Load and unload your delivery vehicle at the warehouse at the end of your shift
• Maintain a positive attitude while representing PCLG in the community

Qualifications

Physical Requirements for Delivery Drivers

This is a very active position that keeps you consistently moving throughout the day. Drivers should be able to:

• Lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
• Enter and exit the vehicle 150–200+ times per day
• Walk, climb stairs, and work efficiently in various environments
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Move with urgency while maintaining safety standards

Delivery Driver Requirements – Non CDL

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (Non CDL driver's license is okay)
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse
• Ability to pass a comprehensive onboarding process
• Strong work ethic and attendance record
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Delivery Driver Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Typical Start Time: 8:40 AM (daily schedule includes warehouse departure and return)
• Routes vary daily between 8–11 hours
• Weekend availability required – Drivers must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday and/or Sunday)
• Closed on: Independence Day (July 4th), Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day
