Seasonal Part-Time Brand Ambassador

Summary The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, customer-first shopping experience and supports sales objectives in a retail environment. This seasonal role combines customer engagement, fashion and styling knowledge, and teamwork to deliver the brand experience. Responsibilities Provide personalized customer service and assist customers with styling, sizing, and fitting room needs. Meet or exceed individual performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans. Educate customers about available programs, initiatives, products, and services. Maintain sales floor, fitting room, visual, and back-of-house standards. Support replenishment, floor sets, opening and closing duties, and other store operations. Collaborate with colleagues and provide management with product and category feedback. Requirements Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
