Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually What You'll Do Lead Critical Financial Operations Take charge of billing and collections to ensure accuracy, speed, and accountability Drive strong cash flow by managing receivables and resolving discrepancies quickly Build trusted relationships with customers while handling billing inquiries and disputes with confidence Partner with accounting to keep everything clean, accurate, and aligned Own Pricing Strategy & Market Awareness Lead pricing execution with precision and timeliness Monitor fuel markets, transportation costs, and trends to stay ahead of the curveCollaborate with sales and operations to align pricing with contracts and business strategy Deliver insights, reports, and forecasts that influence real decisions Build & Lead a High-Performing Team Coach, mentor, and develop a team focused on excellence and accountability Create a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement Set clear expectations, track performance, and celebrate wins Solve problems, remove roadblocks, and keep your team moving forward Why This Role Matters This is not just a back-office position-this role directly impacts cash flow, profitability, and customer experience.
