Retail Associate

Addison Bay is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Store Associates to join our retail team in Dallas! As the face of our brand, you’ll help create an elevated shopping experience for every customer, while gaining hands-on experience in retail, customer service, and merchandising with a fast-growing activewear company. What You’ll Do: Deliver friendly, personalized customer service and build genuine connections with shoppers. Assist customers with styling, product knowledge, and fit to create an exceptional in-store experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Support inventory management: restocking, tagging, and assisting with shipments. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register. Collaborate with your team to meet store goals and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment. What We’re Looking For: A people person who enjoys engaging with customers and working as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude Dependable, punctual, and eager to jump in wherever needed Ability to work independently and take initiative Comfort with physical activity, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 20 pounds.
