Job Summary We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Assembly Technician to join our team. This position involves assembling ductwork components according to CAD drawings and ensuring finished products meet quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities Assemble ductwork according to CAD prints and specifications Operate foam spraying equipment to insulate ductwork Trim excess foam insulation using saws and hand tools Caulk welded seams to ensure proper sealing Pressure wash ductwork to remove debris and prepare for final use Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications & Requirements Construction knowledge required Must be able to accurately read a tape measure Experience operating grinders, table saws, drills, hack saws, caulking guns, and other power tools Ability to problem solve and work independently Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Team-oriented mindset Core Competencies Teamwork Works effectively in a team environment Contributes to a positive team culture Supports team goals and collaborates with others Quality Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail Strives for continuous improvement Monitors own work to ensure high standards Safety & Security Follows all safety procedures Uses equipment and materials properly Reports unsafe conditions promptly Attendance & Reliability Consistently on time and present Takes responsibility for assigned tasks Communicates effectively regarding scheduling #J-18808-Ljbffr
